1. Chop up all them aromatics
2. Satay it in a pan adding a little bit of salt (i think sprinkled some soy sauce in.. sorry forgot if I did) until tender
3. Wash your banana leaf, lay it flat, slap your fish on it
4. put all the aromatic goodness from your pan onto the fish.
5. Wrap that thing up, I used string (idk what kind it’s called, i just found it in my home) to tie it up.
6. Steam it in water for 15 minutes!
Eat it up!!! so good 😀
